Message	agreement over the phone? If you ordered 2 motors for a total sum and agreed to pay for both motors, then SGP can send the motors separately or together to you. Without all the details of the agreement is hard to say what should happen. There's what's called a total and partial agreement; the difference is that you agree to pay in full for both motors, or get one motor at one time. Based on your statement, it seems that you are in the agreement for both motors, so until you pay in full you may not get anything.
